Planning and Preparation Implementation Keep It Running

Now that you've purchased OfficeMate/ExamWRITER, the online Implementation Resource Center will be your guide through the implementation process of your software. The three implementation steps are described below:

The Sales team works with you to determine you practice's software needs. After you purchase OfficeMate/ExamWRITER, you are assigned an Implementation Coordinator to start planning and preparing to implement your new software.

After you complete careful planning with your Implementation Coordinator, you will install OfficeMate/ExamWRITER. Then, you will be assigned an Implementation Consultant who will meet with your office manager and/or practice owner to create a customized training plan with a realistic timeframe to fit your business needs. If desired, you can schedule a pre-live assessment meeting and a post-live review meeting with your Implementation Consultant. If you purchased an onsite consultation, then your consultant will coordinate it with you and schedule your "go live" date (i.e., begin using your new software in a live practice environment with patients). You will also learn how to set up and use OfficeMate/ExamWRITER by enrolling in the Training & Education department's live, instructor-led WebEx courses and viewing recorded video tutorials. Our highly respected trainers will help you get ready, get set, and go!

After you complete your training and "go live" (i.e., begin using your new software in a live practice environment with patients) with your new OfficeMate/ExamWRITER software, our Customer Care team will help you keep it running.
