During this phase of the implementation process, you will install OfficeMate/ExamWRITER. Then, you will be assigned an Implementation Consultant who will meet with your office manager and/or practice owner to create a customized training plan with a realistic timeframe to fit your business needs. If desired, you can schedule a pre-live verification assessment meeting and a post-live review meeting with your Implementation Consultant. If you purchased an onsite consultation, then your consultant will coordinate it with you and schedule your "go live" date. You will also learn how to set up and use OfficeMate/ExamWRITER by enrolling in the Training & Education department's live, instructor-led WebEx courses and viewing recorded video tutorials.
