Last year’s Virtual Users' Group Meeting drew over 3,000 people from around the country who attended the meeting’s online courses. We received such rave reviews from the participants last year that we decided to do it again!

Because this meeting is being conducted entirely online, you will be able to attend classes from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, without incurring the cost or inconvenience of travel. The meeting will feature guest presenters as well as the opportunity to participate in an expanded curriculum of beginning and advanced OfficeMate and ExamWRITER courses. Participants will be able to select and register from 37 available courses that will provide doctors and staff with 37 hours of education and training throughout the week. Your office pays only one registration fee for all of the doctors and staff members in your practice! As an added bonus, each person in your office is allowed to attend as many courses as he or she wishes!

Whether you are a new or seasoned OfficeMate or ExamWRITER user, this meeting will have something for you and your staff!

Use the following registration information to reserve your spot in the 2010 OfficeMate & ExamWRITER Virtual Users' Group Meeting by July 22, 2010.

Benefits

Each practice registered for this meeting receives

  • Entrance into as many courses as desired (37 different classes will be offered; each class will be offered twice throughout the week)
  • Course materials for each class
  • Preferred sponsor souvenirs and a thumb drive containing soft copies of the course materials for each class (the souvenirs and thumb drive will be mailed to your office prior to the meeting if you register by June 30, 2010; if you register after June 30, 2010, we will e-mail you a link to download soft copies of the course materials for each class)
  • Access to WebEx video recordings of every course two weeks after the meeting ends until December 31, 2010

Cost

  • $150 per practice (not per person!)

Online & Phone Registration

Registration for the 2010 OfficeMate & ExamWRITER Virtual Users' Group Meeting is now closed! While we cannot sign up any more attendees for classes, you can pay the registration fee ($150.00) and receive access to the class recordings two weeks after the meeting ends until December 31, 2010. If you are interested in purchasing access rights to the video recordings, complete and submit the online Virtual Users' Group Meeting Video Access Form, or, for more information, call 1.800.269.3666, option 3, option 2.

Note for previously registered attendees: You must register for courses on WebEx at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the courses.When you join the WebEx session to participate in a course or vendor demonstration, a window will prompt you to call a telephone number and enter a session ID and attendee ID to join the teleconference portion of the session. Please join the course or demonstration five minutes prior to the beginning of the session. Your telephone will be muted during the session, but you will be able to type questions to the instructor/presenter in a chat panel; questions will be compiled by the session moderator and delivered to the instructor/presenter 15 minutes before the end of the session so that they can be answered.

Comprehensive course descriptions and handouts for the 37 classes offered at this year's Virtual User's Group Meeting and a detailed meeting itinerary are available online. Although all of the courses will be taught using the latest version of OfficeMate and ExamWRITER, version 9.0, we highly encourage you to enroll in courses even if you will not be using v9.0 in July. Participating in courses taught using v9.0 will help you familiarize yourself with the changes in the latest version and will help you be better prepared when you do begin using v9.0.

Each practice registered for the Virtual Users’ Group Meeting can choose as many courses as they would like in which to enroll. Each course is 1 hour long.
