RLISYS 5.0 Service Packs

Get the latest service pack available for RLISYS 5.0. This update resolves various issues and ensures you have the latest program. To prevent installation errors when upgrading RLISYS, ensure that you have closed all applications on all computers and restarted each computer and server (if applicable) and logged into the network as a user with full administrative access rights.

**Note - You must install RLISYS 5.0 Service Packs 4 and 11 prior to installing Service Pack 12.**

Service Pack 4
If you have not loaded Service Pack 4, or if you do not know which Service Pack you have loaded, exit the RLISYS program on all computers and then click here to download and install Service Pack 4. When prompted to Open or Save the file, choose Open (or Run, if Windows XP). Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. After Service Pack 4 is installed, follow the instructions below to install Service Pack 11 and then Service Pack 12.

Service Pack 11
To install Service Pack 11, exit the RLISYS program on all computers and then click here to download the latest files. When prompted to Open or Save the file, choose Open (or Run, if Windows XP). Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. After Service Pack 11 is installed, follow the instructions below to install Service Pack 12.

Service Pack 12
Service Pack 12 gives you the ability to use the National Provider Identification (NPI) number(s) on the new CMS 1500 Health Insurance Claim Form. Before installing Service Pack 12, ensure your insurance carrier accepts the new CMS 1500 Form. After installing this update you will no longer be able to print the old HCFA 1500 (12-90) form. To install Service Pack 12, read the installation instructions, exit the RLISYS program on all computers, and then click the I Agree/Download SP12 button below to download the latest files. When prompted to Open or Save the file, choose Open (or Run, if Windows XP). Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. After you install Service Pack 12, be sure and carefully read about the new enhancements in Service Pack 12. This document will walk you through customizing RLISYS after installing Service Pack 12 and it will help you to better understand the changes that have been implemented.
