OfficeMate and CyberImaging Announce Integration and Reseller Partnership

Raleigh, NC, November 1, 2007 – CyberImaging, Inc., and OfficeMate Software Solutions, Inc., have entered into an integration partnership and reseller agreement.

The two companies will work together to deliver seamless integration between CyberImaging’s innovative dispensing solution, CyberEYES, and OfficeMate’s industry-leading eyecare practice management and electronic medical record programs, OfficeMate and ExamWRITER.

Additionally, OfficeMate Software Solutions will complement its current iPoint VTO offering with CyberEYES for new and existing customers as part of a reseller agreement.

OfficeMate and CyberEYES are committed to providing a seamless and affordable upgrade path for existing iPoint VTO clients as well as producing a “mini CyberEYES” utility to allow iPoint VTO clients to use their existing hardware to capture an image and upload it to the CyberEYES VTO Web site. OfficeMate will continue to support all current iPoint VTO clients.
