Michelle Bonacci, Training Specialist
Michelle joined Eyefinity with four years of experience using the OfficeMate Suite in an independent optometric practice. Michelle's real world experience ensures her training sessions are filled with hands-on tips to ensure your success. Michelle is based in the Salem, Ohio, office.
Diane Clark, Implementation Trainer
Diane is a 30-year veteran of the optical industry and has held such positions as optical lab manager, general manager, and licensed optician within independent optometric practices and retail optical dispensaries. Diane joined Eyefinity in 2000 and is based in Ontario, Canada.
Kathleen Ewing, Training Specialist
Prior to joining Eyefinity in 2007, Kathy worked for 12 years in ophthalmology holding such positions as patient advisor, refractive coordinator, optometric liaison, and marketing assistant. Kathy also worked in an independent optometric practice as an optometric assistant and patient educator. To supplement her hands-on experience, Kathleen became a certified ophthalmic assistant in 1996. She currently works in our Salem, Ohio, training center.
Christine Featsent, Training Specialist
With her five years of retail optical experience, Christine brings a very relevance-based approach to client training. Located in our Salem, Ohio, office, Christine delivers a comfortable, fun training experience.
Andrea Hofman, Implementation Trainer
Andrea has been involved in the optical industry for over 23 years, beginning at SOLA Optical in Petaluma, California, where she held positions as a senior lens consultant, national telesales manager, technical marketing analyst, and R&D project specialist. In 2005, she accepted a position as a manager of eye services at the Allina Medical Clinic. Andrea works from her home office in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Catherine "Cady" Hoogenraad, Training Specialist
Before starting at Eyefinity in 2010, Cady worked for four years in a retail optometric practice. She is a natural trainer having graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in education. Cady has had a variety of teaching positions spanning the previous ten years. Her involvement in many professional and collegiate organizations has given her the chance to present at numerous conferences nationwide.Cady works in the Rancho Cordova, California, office.
Shari Hurst, Implementation Trainer
Shari joined Eyefinity in 2009. However, Shari has spent most of her life in the optical business fulfilling roles such as front desk coordinator, contact lens technician, optometric technician, ophthalmic dispenser, lab technician, and vice president of training and client services manager. Shari is based in her home office in North Carolina.
Mary Kay Melvin, Training Specialist
Mary Kay has over 15 years of experience in the ophthalmic industry. In addition to her years of experience, Mary Kay achieved American Board of Opticianry certification, became National Contact Lens Examiners certified, and is licensed to dispense spectacles and contact lenses in the State of Ohio. She currently works in our Salem, Ohio, training center.
Rhonda Regguinti, Training Specialist
Rhonda's entry into the ophthalmic industry dates back to a part-time position she held while attending high school and college in an independent optometric practice. In 1993 Rhonda joined a practice management software company, and fulfilled such roles as customer service representative, software systems tester, software support representative, and electronic claims trainer. Rhonda joined Eyefinity when RLISYS was acquired in 2006 and is currently based in our Peoria, Illinois, office.
Sheila Snow, Training Specialist
Prior to joining Eyefinity in 2008, Sheila was an optical manager with a private practice in Sacramento, California, for ten years. She now draws on this experience as a training specialist for OfficeMate University. Sheila is a natural people person and delivers an educational and fun learning experience. She is located in our Rancho Cordova, California, office.
Andre Swinney, Training Specialist
Andre brings a wealth of skills and experience to his training, including six years in the optical industry where he held roles with both Lens Crafters and the State of California Optical Laboratory. He is currently based in our Rancho Cordova, California, office.
Marsha Vaughn, Implementation Trainer
Marsha came to Eyefinity in 2005 with over thirty years of experience in the ophthalmic industry. Marsha's prior experience includes roles within both commercial and independent ophthalmic businesses. She is an American Board of Opticianry certified optician and certified by the National Contact Lens Examiners to dispense contact lenses. Marsha has been involved in facilitating OfficeMate Education Conferences around the United States and is frequently seen in the Eyefinity booth at Vision Expo, SECO, and Optometry's meetings.
Katie Veety, Implementation Trainer
Katie joined Eyefinity in 2007 and operates from her Pennsylvania home office. Prior to joining us Katie, was the administrator for Northeastern Eye Institute, a 22 location practice offering ophthalmology, optometry, optical services, and a surgical center. Katie is currently studying for her certified paraoptometric certification.
Phernell Walker, ABOM, Implementation Trainer
Phernell is a Master in Ophthalmic Optics and is board certified by the National Contact Lens Examiners. Prior to joining Eyefinity, Phernell was vice president of operations for a retail optical chain for 14 years; authored the optical text book Pure Optics, and served as a faculty member for the American Association of Dispensing Ophthalmologists. Phernell works from his Texas home office.
