When you submit an eRx to a pharmacy in the ExamWRITER ePrescribing interface, the information is sent to DrFirst and then DrFirst sends the Rx to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy's software doesn't respond to the Rx, DrFirst sends a fax of the Rx to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy's fax machine does not receive the fax, DrFirst calls the pharmacy with the Rx. If DrFirst cannot reach the pharmacy via telephone, DrFirst sends a fax message to your practice, letting you know that there is an issue communicating with the pharmacy. This entire process could take up to one hour. If you receive a fax message letting you know that there is an issue communicating with the pharmacy and that the pharmacy did not receive the Rx that you submitted online, then you must contact the pharmacy to resolve the issue. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

ICD-10 Codes

Abstract:
The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is a coding of diseases and signs, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances and external causes of injury or diseases, as classified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
