If you are using ExamWRITER and Microsoft HealthVault and you receive an error that states, "Timely Access Error - An error has occurred with the HealthVault system," follow the instructions below to automatically add the security certificate:
- On the server, log in to the Terminal Server or workstation experiencing the error message as the Administrator.
- Navigate to the OfficeMate or OMATE32 folder and double-click CertificateInstaller.exe.
- If you receive an error while trying to run the Certificate Installer, navigate to the Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder and modify the Administrator's permissions in the MachineKeys folder so that they are set to Full Control.
If, after completing the instructions above, you continue to receive this error, add the security certificate manually by following the instructions below:
- On the server, log in to the Terminal Server or workstation experiencing the error message as the Administrator.
- Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, and select Internet Options.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click Certificates.
- Click the Personal tab.
- Click Import and select Eyefinity OfficeMate.cer from the OfficeMate programs directory.
- Click the Other People tab.
- Click Import and select Eyefinity OfficeMate.cer from the OfficeMate programs directory.
- Click Close to close the Certificates window.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
