If you are creating the Monthly Production - Provider Comparison custom report and receiving run time error 9 (subscript out of range), run time error 440 (automation error), and then error 512 (which forces you to quit), recreate the report for all providers and all locations. There is a current known issue in OfficeMate v10.5 that causes these errors if you attempt to create the Monthly Production custom report by specific providers or specific locations; our Development team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it in a future version of OfficeMate.
