Q27289 - PRB: Available Times in Appointment Scheduler Not Displaying Correctly

If you are using OfficeMate v10.5, the available times in the Appointment Scheduler may not display correctly for providers after scheduling new appointments in five or ten minute increments. Also, if you schedule appointments in five or ten minute increments, the provider’s Location Hours window may incorrectly show that the provider is assigned to an “Other Location” during a scheduled appointment time slot. To avoid these issues so that the Appointment Scheduler displays the correct provider availability, modify the schedule so that appointments are in 15 minute increments instead.

Eyefinity is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it in a future release.
