If you installed Zeiss FORUM Viewer v2.6, the FORUM Viewer interface will not launch in ExamWRITER. This issue only occurs with version 2.6 of the Zeiss FORUM Viewer.

If you are using Zeiss FORUM Viewer v2.6, contact Carl Zeiss Meditec and request to have your Zeiss FORUM Viewer reverted to a previous version. For more information, please contact Carl Zeiss Meditec at 800.341.6968.
