Q24608 - INFO: ePrescribing Trusted Sites

In order to properly upload data to, download data from, and navigate the ExamWRITER ePrescribing Interface and not receive an invalid password exception error, add the following URLs to your Web browser's trusted sites list:

  • rx-blue.drfirst.com
  • drfirst.com
  • https://rx7.drfirst.com
  • http://www.msn.com (OfficeMate/ExamWRITER v10.0 and below only! This website is used as an alternate logout site when navigating to the DrFirst website to prevent an error.)

After you add the URLs to your Web browser's trusted sites list, deselect the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.
