If you receive an "Error 6: Overflow" error while logging into OfficeMate 9.5, you or an administrator must perform the following steps:

1. Log in to Home Office.
2. Click Setup and select Role-Based Security.
   The Role Security window opens.
3. Click the Preferences tab.
4. Change the Default Value from 9999 to 10000.
5. Click Apply to All.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Close.
