If you are a non-VSP provider using the OfficeMate VSP Interface to submit private lab orders, and you are receiving an error message that states the "Output File is Missing Oph Tag Field," follow the instructions below:
- If you are using OfficeMate Enterprise 1.0, call OfficeMate Customer Care at 800.942.5353 and request that a level 2 or 3 representative apply a scripted fix for you.
- If you are using OfficeMate Enterprise 2.0, upgrade to at least version 2.0.36.
- If you are using OfficeMate 8.0 or below, upgrade to at least version 8.0.21.
