Older patient exams may have missing patient history information in the Patient Hx - ROS tab (Patient History category bar), but the information will appear in the Patient Information Center window on the Med/Surgical Hx tab. This issue does not occur in all older patient exams.

Newer patient exams do not have missing patient history information in the Patient Hx - ROS tab (Patient History category bar) and information appearing in this exam section also appears in the Patient Information Center window on the Med/Surgical Hx tab.
