Beginning in ExamWRITER 7.4, the patient's disposition is recorded under the Patient History category bar, but displayed under the Examination category bar. (Prior to ExamWRITER 7.4, the patient's disposition was recorded and displayed under the Patient History category bar.)

 

When you copy forward an exam that was originally recorded in ExamWRITER 7.3 or below, you will need to delete the disposition from the Patient History category and rerecord the disposition so that it displays under the Examination category. If you do not delete the old disposition and rerecord it, Quick Code may not properly code the exam.
