If the patient had an ectopic pregnancy, you can document this under the Patient Hx - ROS tab, Review of System Category, Genitouinary check box.

If you simply want to document that the patient is having a healthy pregnancy, you can click the Notes icon, select the Patient History button, type the patient's pregnancy information, and then click Save/Exit.

Alternately, you can document notes such as pregnancy information in the Notes text box in the Patient Information Center.
