To determine the number of total patients that are in your RLISYS program, you must be making a monthly patient selection for one of your processes (i.e., electronic claims, recalls, patient demographics). If you are not making a monthly patient selection, contact Client Services at 1.800.942.5353 so that a Client Services Representative can help you make a monthly patient selection.

If you are currently making a monthly patient selection, follow the instructions below to determine the number of total patients in RLISYS:

1. Open the Monthly Process menu.
2. Select monthly statistics and process dates.
3. Note the "Active Patient Count."
