To set up RLISYS for PQRS, perform the following steps:

1. Add the new diagnosis codes.
2. Setup the new Reason for Visit (RFV) codes for the CPT codes.
3. Add any necessary modifiers to your software customization.

RLISYS allows zero line items on the CMS form for both electronic and paper claims.
