After updating Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 7.0, the Rlisys Electronic Claims may no longer be able to dial out to transmit claims or retrieve reports. To correct this problem, follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Security heading. Click to check the box beside "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid".
- Click OK.
Once set, each time you open the Electronic Claims Software, it will first ask if you want to run Kermit. Click Run each time. The rest of the process remains the same.
