Printed exams, auto-letters, prescriptions, and eDocuments in OfficeMate and ExamWRITER open using the computer's default program for the given file type. For example, if your computer's default program for opening .doc or .rtf files is Microsoft Word, files with those extensions will open in Microsoft Word.
If you want to change the default program for certain file types, you'll need to change that within Windows, not within OfficeMate or ExamWRITER.
