No, you cannot print your tax ID on patients' receipts directly through OfficeMate. If you want your tax ID to appear on patients' receipts, you can export your statements to Microsoft Word and manually add your tax ID before printing the statements.
You can, however, print your provider license number and NPI number on statements by following the instructions below:
- Click Setup on the OfficeMate Administration main window.
- Select Preferences.
- Click the Statements tab.
- Select the Yes radio button next to the Print provider license & NPI on statement option.
- Click OK.
After you've selected this preference, your provider license number and NPI number will be printed on your Statements of Account and Statements of Charges and Payments (Fee Slip report).
