Problem:
When clicking on the RLISYS icon, the program does not open.
Solution:
This could be caused by several factors. If an environment variable is missing, the program may fail to open. If a virus has corrupted any RLISYS or Windows files, this may also be the cause. First, try to reboot all computers on your network. If that does not resolve the problem, run a full virus scan on your system with current virus definitions.
