Problem:
When trying to print in the RLISYS system to a laser printer, you receive a PCL error, either on the monitor or on the printout.
Solution:
This is usually caused by a corrupted printer driver, and most commonly occurs on Hewlett Packard LaserJet printers. Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. If the problem persists, contact the printer manufacturer or call RLISYS support at 800.600.4797 for further help.
