To verify the Disable Op Locks (NTPatch.reg) was set properly in the Registry, follow the instructions below:
- Click Start and select Run.
- Type "Regedit" and click OK.
- Click + before HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, System, CurrentControlSet, Services, and LanmanServer.
- Double-click the Parameters folder.
The CachedOpenLimit and EnableOpLocks should both be equal to 0.
