To record tropia in ExamWRITER and spcecify which eye has the deviation, follow the instructions below:

1. Click the Vision/Rx tab.
2. Click the Binocular tab.
3. Click in the Cover Test - Distance or Cover Test - Near boxes.
4. Select the appropriate test from the Test drop-down menu.
5. Select the appropriate ESO, Ortho, EXO, Base Up, or Base Dn radio button.
6. Select the appropriate Phoria or Tropia radio button.
7. Click on the blue slider bar to add a measurement to the yellow highlighted text box.
   OR
   Type the appropriate measurement in the yellow highlighted text box.
   Note: If you use the right arrow to move the slider bar to a higher value, you may have to reselect the appropriate ESO, Ortho, EXO, Base Up, or Base Dn radio button that you selected in step 5.
8. Click Save/Exit.

When you record a Base Up Tropia for the right or left eye, the measurement will be followed by "BUT" in the OD or OS text box. When you record a Base Down Tropia for the right or left eye, the measurement will be followed by "BDT" in the OD or OS text box.
