If you are using a Reichert AT-555, RK-600, or AL-200 device via a serial connection in ExamWRITER v10.5.21, and the data measurements from the device will not import, follow the procedure below to resolve the issue:

1. Close ExamWRITER and OfficeMate if these programs are open.
2. Click the link below and save the Reichert.dll file to the C:\Officemate directory on the computer where the equipment is connected: http://www.officemate.net/dwnld/Reichert/Reichert.dll. Note: If a dialog box displays asking if you want to replace an existing Reichert.dll file, click Yes.
3. Register the file by running the ~RegALLOME_DLLs.bat file from the C:\Officemate directory.

After registering the Reichert.dll file, data measurements from the Reichert AT-555, RK-600, and AL-200 devices will import into ExamWRITER.
