Q24707 - BUG: Using the FRAMES Data Quarterly CD with OfficeMate 9.0 or OfficeMate Enterprise 2.0

If you are using the FRAMES Data Quarterly CD-ROM with OfficeMate 9.0 or OfficeMate Enterprise 2.0, you may experience some difficulty loading frame information. This is a know issue.

If you are experiencing difficulty, switch to the monthly SPEX UPC CD until an OfficeMate upgrade is available to you.

This issue only effects OfficeMate 9.0 and OfficeMate Enterprise 2.0 users who subscribe to the quarterly FRAMES Data CD.
