The Reichert AT-555 Tonometer must be running firmware version 2.4 or later to interface with ExamWRITER. The firmware is software that is installed on the device itself, not within ExamWRITER. To ensure that the device’s firmware is version 2.4 or later, refer to the documentation that came with the device.
