Download these utilities ONLY if you are using OfficeMate Enterprise or OfficeMate v9.0 and above!

Note: In order to use the downloaded OfficeMate Enterprise and OfficeMate v9.0 and above utilities, you must be using the most current version of OfficeMate Enterprise or OfficeMate v9.0 and above.

Download the OfficeMate Enterprise and OfficeMate v9.0 and above utilities on your main workstation/server or on the computer that is shared on your network. These instructions tell you how to download the following utilities to your computer/server:

• Close HCFA (CloseHCFA.exe)
• Remove Do Not Print Flag (Donotprt3.exe)
• Move Products (MoveProd.exe)
• Open HCFA (OpenHCFA.exe)
• Provider Transfer (OME_Provider.exe)
• Delete Products (prddel01.exe)
• Update Carriers (UpdateCarriers.exe)
• Close UB04 (CloseUB04.exe)
• Open UB04 (OpenUB04.exe)

1. Click http://oss.ome.s3.amazonaws.com/OMEUtilities.exe. 
   The File Download – Security Warning window opens.
2. Click Save.
   The Save As window opens.
3. Navigate to the location where you want to save the Utilities executable file.
4. Click Save.
   The executable file is downloaded and saved to the location you specified.
5. Navigate to the OMEUtilities.exe file saved on your computer in the location that you specified in step 3.
6. Double-click OMEUtilities.exe.
   The Open File – Security Warning window opens.
7. Click Run.
   The WinZip Self-Extractor window opens.
8. Click Browse, if necessary, and navigate to and select the location of your OMATE32 or OfficeMate folder (often C:\OMATE32 or C:\OfficeMate) and click OK. If the drive and folder location of your OMATE32 or OfficeMate folder is already correctly displayed in the WinZip Self-Extractor window, skip this step.
9. Click Unzip to unzip the files.
   The files are unzipped and stored in the directory/folder that you specified in step 8.
10. Click OK after the files successfully unzip.
Click Close to close the WinZip Self-Extractor window.
