If you receive an IDCO0262 error (Lens style code both left and right tags are required (VSP Response)) when you are billing a VSP eyewear order in the OfficeMate VSP Interface, you most likely have not properly mapped your lens styles. You can map lens styles to the products in the VSP Product Mapping window or the Products window (VSP Product tab). For more information on mapping, see the OfficeMate VSP Interface Handbook.
