Use the Update Carriers Utility to complete any of the following tasks:

• Move all your NSF carriers to the GatewayEDI ANSI format.
• Move all NSF carriers to the ANSI format.
• Move all GatewayEDI carriers to the ANSI format.
• Move all ANSI carriers to the GatewayEDI format.

If you are using OfficeMate, follow the instructions below:

1. Close all OfficeMate Suite programs on all of your computers.
2. Open the attached UpdateCarriers.exe file.
3. Select the appropriate radio button for the action that you want to complete.
4. Click Move.

If you are using OfficeMate Enterprise, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the linked related article below to download the OfficeMate Enterprise utilities, which includes the Update Carriers Utility (UpdateCarriers.exe).
2. Close OfficeMate and all other applications on all computers. Note that because you must close all OfficeMate Enterprise programs before running this utility, we recommend running the utility during non-business hours.
3. Navigate to your OfficeMate/Utilities folder and double click UpdateCarriers.exe.
4. Select the appropriate radio button for the action that you want to complete.
5. Click Move.

Note: Remember to update your claim file path with your insurance carrier, if you are submitting claims directly through them.
