In the RLISYS system, there are only two options available for your printer configuration--whether you have a dot matrix printer, or whether you have an inkjet/laser printer. To configure RLISYS, go to the Master Menu and click on the second button at the top of the screen. You will be asked if you use a laser printer. If you use a laser or inkjet printer, answer yes. If you use a dot matrix printer answer no. For inkjet and laser printers, RLISYS prints using the standard Windows print driver, so each time you print out of the system, the print box will pop up asking for your printer preferences.
