More Efficient Online Ordering
Placing your patient prescription orders online has never been easier. OfficeMate features a direct interface to VisionWeb that reduces redundant keystroking when you place orders online. You also have access to online order status and tracking information from within OfficeMate on all of your orders placed with VisionWeb.
To access online ordering through OfficeMate, you must first be a VisionWeb member. To become a VisionWeb member, register for free online at www.visionweb.com. Then, open OfficeMate (if you are using v8 or below) or Administration/Home Office (if you are using v9 or above) and follow the instructions below:
- Click Setup and select Preferences.
The System Preferences window opens.
- If you are using OfficeMate v10.0 or below, click the Other tab. If you are using OfficeMate v10.5 or above, click the Misc. tab.
- Select the VisionWeb Integration check box.
- Click OK.
The VisionWeb icon is located at the top of the OfficeMate main window.

Streamlined Insurance Claims Processing

With VisionWeb, you can batch claims from OfficeMate and send them directly to many government and commercial payers without having to re-enter claim information.
