If you are trying to use Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Connection with the OfficeMate Suite but you are getting a warning message, you most likely need a new Activation CD.
If you licensed an OfficeMate Suite product prior to October 2005, you should be able to use the Suite with terminal services or remote desktop without getting a warning message; if you are receiving a warning message, view the linked related article below to clear your logon information and delete the warning message. If you continue to receive the warning message, call the OfficeMate Sales team at 800.269.3666 to request a new Activation CD.
If you newly licensed the OfficeMate Suite or added on to your OfficeMate Suite by licensing an additional product after November 2005 and you did not purchase an unlimited number of seats (or you are receiving a warning message that says that you've exceeded the number of seats), then you will not be able to use the OfficeMate Suite with terminal services or remote desktop. To purchase additional seats and receive a new Activation CD so that terminal services or remote desktop will work with your new software, call the OfficeMate Sales team at 1.800.269.3666.
