In OfficeMate v10 and below, follow the instructions below to quickly observe which patients are marked in your office to NOT receive statements:

1. Click the Reports icon in OfficeMate.
2. Create the Patient Aging - Summary report.
3. View the Flag column in the report. Patients with the "NoStmt" flag are marked for you to NOT send statements.

If you are using OfficeMate v10.5 or above, there is no way for you to quickly quickly observe which patients are marked in your office to NOT receive statements, although this feature may be available in a future version of OfficeMate.

If you do not want to send a statement to a patient, ensure that the Send Statement check box is NOT marked in the patient's Demographic window (Financial Info tab).
