During your training with GatewayEDI, the GatewayEDI trainer will set up your claim file locations by logging into www.gatewayedi.com, clicking Home, My Account, Manage Production File, and Specify File Path.

Notes: You must submit ANSI files (GWANSIClaim.cnx files), NOT NSF files, to GatewayEDI. If you need to update the file format of your claims, see the linked related article below.

You must be using OfficeMate 7.2 or above to submit submit insurance claims to GatewayEDI. Ensure that the OMATE32\DATA\EMC\GWANSIClaim.cnx folder and file are typed into the Claims File Locations text box. For more information on this subject, see the article attachment.
