Through the use of digital ink, Motion Tablet PCs automate much of the laborious paperwork that eyecare professionals currently complete by hand. Eyecare professionals and administrative staff can record information in OfficeMate and ExamWRITER using a digital pen and the Motion Tablet PC.

Electronic health records in ExamWRITER are easier to access and share with patients using the large 12.1" display. Patients can use Motion Tablet PCs to view educations materials on planned treatments, operations, or medications - all accessible over a wireless network.

Back at their workstations or desks, administrative staff members can use Motion Tablet PCs with FlexDock docking stations as their primary computer to perform their daily work in OfficeMate and ExamWRITER. The digital ink and Speak Anywhere audio technology enhance day-to-day office tasks.

Notes:

• Our software requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280×1024 (i.e., 1280 pixels wide by 1024 pixels high). This screen resolution requirement may require that you use your tablet PC in landscape mode rather than in portrait mode, meaning the screen is wider than it is tall.
• Eyefinity highly recommends selecting the solid slate drive (SSD) option when purchasing your tablet PCs. Solid slate drives offer faster data access, consume less power, and are less susceptible bumps and shocks than traditional hard drives.
• Eyefinity highly recommends employing a Microsoft certified MCSE hardware and network technician with wireless experience to install and manage your wireless network.
