Trouble Logging In?
If you have trouble logging in, do not call Customer Care. Our Customer Care Representatives do not have access to your online account information. Use the following table to troubleshoot log in issues.

| I forgot my Username. | Enter the practice phone number. Your Username is the phone number of the licensed office. |

| I forgot my Password. | Click the Forgot Password link o the Login page. |

| I forgot my password, and I no longer have access to the e-mail account displayed on the confirmation page. | Contact our Front Desk team to update your e-mail address. | Call our Front Desk team at 800.942.5353 or e-mail frontdesk@officemate.net. |
| My staff did not get their own Usernames or Passwords. | Everyone in your practice will use the same Username and Password. | Freely distribute (and even write down) the Username and Password for your staff and keep them current on the Password if you decide to change it. You want your staff to be able to access this information so they can perform their jobs efficiently. This online access allows providers and staff to access training videos, documentation, the knowledge base, and software updates. |
| I can't access the Knowledge Base. | Your Web browser blocked the Knowledge Base from opening in a new window. | Hold the Ctrl key as you click Login to allow the pop-up window or set your browser's preferences to display pop-up windows from officeMate.net.
