About Eyefinity/OfficeMate
For 25 years, Eyefinity/OfficeMate has been providing the eyecare industry with software and solutions for efficiently managing practices and electronically storing patient records. We create software and solutions only for the eyecare industry.
OfficeMate practice management software is used by over 7,000 offices, and over 25,000 offices use Eyefinity/OfficeMate products in various aspects of their business. Our software and solutions are created based on the valued input from a team of optometrists and ophthalmologists from across the United States. As our Mission Statement says, we are focused on "delivering best-in-class products and services to help eyecare professionals."

OfficeMate People
Eyefinity/OfficeMate employs over 160 dedicated people across the United States and Canada. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and many of them had several years' experience in the eyecare and healthcare industries prior to joining Eyefinity/OfficeMate.
We have five office locations: Rancho Cordova, California; Irvine, California; Salem, Ohio, Covington, Louisiana; and Peoria, Illinois. For information about our leadership team, click here.
Training
Eyefinity/OfficeMate offers the most extensive and comprehensive training in the industry. We offer live, Web-based training; online prerecorded training videos, which are available 24/7; and onsite training. In addition, we offer regional training conferences held in conjunction with major eyecare shows and an annual Users' Group Meeting.

Documentation
Eyefinity/OfficeMate provides detailed written manuals, user's guides, and getting started guides for each of its products. Current users receive the latest documentation electronically with the latest software upgrades. In addition to the printed and electronic documentation, context-sensitive help is available at the push of a button.
